You can apply for credit transfer on the basis of completed programme elements or employment corresponding to the element(s) in question.
Credit
KEA will assess your application individually based on the information you provide. It is important that you attach documentation to your application.
Documentation
Such documentation can be:
- Documentation for completed programme elements diploma, documentation from the educational institution, course description, programme regulations, syllabus list, etc.
- Documentation for employment pay slip, employer's declaration, formal description of tasks or qualifications.
How to apply
Go to sdbf.dk and fill out the application form. You need MitID to log on to SDBF.
Response to your application
Your application will be processed by the head of programme and the Study Administration. The head of programme will determine if you can be allowed an exemption. You will receive a reply from the Study Administration within five weeks.
Complaint instructions
If you wish to appeal against the decision, you must, within two weeks of receiving the response to your application, submit a written and reasoned complaint to this mail: klage@kea.dk.
