The Service Desk is your common entrance to KEA's IT and Facility departments. Facility stands for building operations, while IT ensures that the digital KEA is under control.

If you come across toilets that are malfunctioning, cracked light bulbs or other building-related defects, please contact KEA Service Desk.
If you are having difficulties logging in, problems with WiFi, printers or other IT or A/V related issues, you can also contact KEA Service Desk.
KEA Service Desk can be contacted in one of the following ways:
- Personal attendance: Frontdesk is where you can meet KEA Service Desk for individual enquiries. Frontdesk is open from 8AM til 3PM and you find them by the receptions at Guldbergsgade and Lygten 16.
