Circular Material Lab is a hands-on Lab with a focus on circular economy, sustainability and materials for KEA's students, lecturers and members of collaborating institutions.
Circular Material Lab
Circular Material Lab provides facilities for hands-on material studies, holds courses, events and extracurricular activities and gives insight into current development projects and research findings.
All our installations are designed to enable experiencing and exploring materials; both technically and artistically and we are always interested to hear about your material-related project ideas and talk about ways to get you exploring.
Opening Hours
Circular Material Lab is open Monday-Friday 8.30-22.00, when there is no planned teaching or project work in the room. You can always stop by and see if there is room.
It is possible to work on study-related projects and get guidance on Wednesdays if there are no classes in the room. So stop by and get help.
Access to the lab
You can enter the lab using your student card.
To use the Circular Material Lab, you must be a student at KEA and have an introduction to the use and safety of the machines. Contact the lab manager if you have questions about machines or need guidance.
