Group rooms

You can book a group room via the Service Portal at KEA. The rooms can be used for various study activities e.g. group work, meetings, study groups etc.

Log in with your KEA login and find group rooms here: My Service Portal -> New Reservation -> Book a Room

Rules for using group rooms:

• At KEA, it is good practice to only book the time you need, so that you do not block the group room for other fellow students.
• If you are not in the room within the first half hour of the start of the booking, the booking is no longer valid and thus open to others.
• Please make sure to always leave the room as you would like to receive it yourself – take out the garbage and other belongings when you leave the room
• The rooms can only be used by KEA students
