Study Environment Representatives (SMR) help to ensure that student democracy reaches the individual students at KEA and at the same time ensure well-being and a good study environment in the individual team and at KEA.
Study Environment Representatives (SMR)
Would you be the Study Environment Rep?
Are you passionate about a great social environment and will you help ensure that the atmosphere in your class is top-notch? Then you may want to become a Study Environment Representative (SMR).
SMR – what’s that?
As a Study Environment Rep (SMR), your main task is to ensure the well-being of your fellow students. You are the link between your fellow students and KEA Student Life, and are at the forefront of creating an inclusive social environment where everyone is heard.
What tasks have a SMR?
- You gather the class and take the initiative for joint activities
- You are creating dialogue and putting important issues on the agenda
- You have your finger on the pulse in relation to the well-being of the class
- You share your insights with your Local Council
What’s in it for you?
- You’ll have a direct impact on the social environment at KEA
- You’ll strengthen your network across KEA
- You’ll develop your cooperation and communication skills
Close cooperation with KEA Studieliv
As an SMR you’ll be working closely together with KEA Studieliv. Here you’ll be the spokesperson of your class and you’ll convey the challenges and questions you encounter in your class community. This is also where you and your fellow SMRs can develop new exciting ideas for initiatives at KEA.
If you can see yourself as a Study Environment Rep, and if you have further questions, please write to: studieliv@kea.dk or you can sign up directly on this page.
We look forward to hearing from you!
