The exam period is approaching, and therefore EK has extended its opening hours from Monday 24 November.
Extended opening hours
From Monday 24 November 2025 to Friday 23 January 2026 there will be changed opening hours at Guldbergsgade, Prinsesse Charlottes Gade, Lygten 16 and Milnersvej.
The extended opening hours are:
- Weekdays 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.
- Weekends 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Christmas break
During the Christmas break (from Tuesday 23 December 2025 to Sunday 4 January 2026), students will have access to Guldbergsgade, Prinsesse Charlottes Gade, Lygten 16 and Milnersvej with their student card every day until 10:00 p.m. There will be no service at the addresses. This means that there will be no cleaning, canteen, reception, library, labs, IT service or janitor service.
Access to subject-specific labs such as a sewing room, jewelry workshop or robot workshop must be agreed with the respective program directors.
