Group rooms are meeting rooms for students at KEA. At KEA, we have the following rules for booking group rooms:
- At KEA, it is good practice to only book the time you need, so you do not block the group room for other fellow students.
- If you are not in the room within the first half hour of the start of the booking, the booking is no longer valid and thus open to others.
- Always leave the room as you would like to receive it yourself - take rubbish and other belongings out with you when you leave the room.
- The rooms may only be used by KEA students.
You book your group room by:
- Log in to SERVICEPORTAL.KEA.DK with your KEA login
- Choose: My Service Portal > New reservation > Book a room
