Defects on buildings and inventory or problems with it?
If you come across toilets that are malfunctioning, cracked light bulbs or other building-related defects, please contact KEA Service Desk. If you are having difficulties logging in, problems with WiFi, printers or other IT or A/V related issues, you can also contact KEA Service Desk. Also see the Study Guide for various guides.
KEA Service Desk can be contacted in one of the following ways:
- Personal attendance: Frontdesk is where you can meet KEA Service Desk for individual enquiries. Frontdesk is open from 8AM til 3PM and you find them by the receptions at Guldbergsgade and Lygten 16.

KEA Housing
KEA offers accommodation via KEA Housing for international exchange students who are studying at KEA. Any rooms that become available are offered to international full-time students on the waiting list.
International exchange students will automatically be offered accommodation by KEA Housing one to three months before the semester starts. Read more at GLOBAL.KEA.DK.

KEA Library is a popular gathering point at KEA. Here you’ll find stylish surroundings, a lounge atmosphere, workplaces, quiet rooms and inspiring exhibitions.
