Study and Career Guidance
Study Guidance
Talking with your study and career counsellor is a chance for you to get sparring and inspiration to reflect about your situation, your challenges and your options.
See the below examples of typical questions asked by students.
At the beginning of your study, you’ll probably already have notions of passions you have, what you’d like to work with, what you’re good at, etc.
During your study, however, you might find that all of that changes. As a result, you might find a need to:
- discuss your considerations about a future career, continuing education or job options
- get support in implementing your plans
- expand your perspective and your self-image
During your study, you’ll acquire professional and academic competencies. But, at KEA Study and Career Guidance we also like to encourage you to focus on your general career-oriented competencies, such as your ability to:
- keep deadlines
- challenge yourself
- think innovatively
- cooperate and tackle conflicts (e.g. when your team disagree)
- plan and carry out a project
