Via KEA Library you have access to a wide range of databases and online resources to help you find relevant information for your study.
The databases are grouped according to subject areas and cover Design, Business, Build & Tech, Digital and Optometry.
If, on agreement with a teacher, you order a large batch of study-related goods for delivery at one of KEA’s addresses, you must be present to pick it up yourself.

If possible, request that the goods be delivered to a particular floor and room number.

If the goods are to be used immediately, the supplier must remove any packaging. It is not possible to store goods which are not to be used within the foreseeable future.
If you have lost your diploma, you can contact the Study Administration on your programme and get help to get it sent.
If you find yourself in an unusual situation that prevents you from complying with the rules of your degree programme, you can apply for exemption.
When you apply for exemption, you must prove that you were unable to comply with the rule in question. Circumstances which are within your control or which could have been planned for cannot be considered exceptional (e.g. delays in uploading an assignment via the digital exam system or your wish to go on a holiday).

To enable the head of programme to assess your application, it is important that you state the reasons for your application and attatch relevant documentation for the exceptional circumstances in question (e.g. medical certificate, documentation for dyslexia, etc.)
Go to sdbf.dk and fill out the application form. You need NemId to log on to SDBF.
Your application will be processed by the head of programme and the Study Administration. The head of programme will determine if you can be allowed an exemption. You will receive a reply from the Study Administration within five weeks.

DSR – The Student Council - warrant an ongoing dialogue between KEA's management and KEA’s students to ensure that our study environment is inclusive and that our programs are of high quality.
DSR represent KEA students’ professional as well as social interests, giving the students direct influence. DSR is the highest point of influence for the student political work at KEA and are speaking on behalf of all KEA students.
DSR consists of a chairman, vice chairman, cashier and two students from each Local Council to ensure a broad representation. Further, DSR is represented in the national committees for the Ministry of Higher Education and Science and has a seat in KEA’s Board of Directors.
Once a year, higher education institutions under the Ministry of Higher Education and Science are awarded a grant earmarked for the institution's student organizations. In the year 2019 KEA DSR received 100% of the grant from the Ministry of Higher Education and Science.
