Dear students

It is an extraordinary situation that we are in, but it is important you know that you can contact us as usual.

We all work from home, but we are available by mail and in our regular telephone hours, which you can find here.

We also provide online guidance during this period on either Microsoft Teams or Skype as well as telephone guidance in addition to regular telephone hours. You just need to make an appointment first.

These days you have different terms for your student work than usual. It may require a new structure and approach when working from home.

Here are three tips on how to best use your time at home:

  1. Make a schedule for the week - Be realistic in your planning and schedule time for breaks and free time
  2. Use to-do lists, eg. as physical post-its on your wall, so you have an overview of your work assignments
  3. Use your fellow students (possibly your study group) during this time. You can talk with each other in Microsoft Teams that you can access with your KEA email.

On the platform Study Skills you can get good advice and useful tools for eg. time planning, note taking techniques and reading strategies.
