Closing weeks for the summer holiday

The summer holiday is approaching, and KEA will therefore shift to summer operations.

Exam period and extended opening hours

KEA’s opening hours will be extended in the exam period from Monday 22 May up to and including Friday 30 June. 

Please remember to empty your locker before Friday 30.06.2023

Remember to empty your KEA locker Friday 30.06.2023 at the latest. The semester is coming to a close, and therefore all the lockers at KEA will be emptied. Any note on the outside or inside of your locker telling us not to empty the locker will be ignored.

The network is down at all KEA locations on April 22nd

On Saturday April 22nd you cannot use KEA's network.

Changed opening hours during Easter

Easter is approaching, and KEA's addresses will be closed during the period Thursday April 6th to and including Monday April 10th 2023.

No access to KEA from the Guldbergsgade side on Wednesday 8 March

Due to roof renovation and crane work at our neighbours, access to KEA from the Guldbergsgade side will be closed on Wednesday 8 March between 7:00-11:00.

The network will be down from 10 February at 2:00 p.m. to 12 February at 12:00 a.m.

KEA is going to have a new wired and wireless network at all KEA's locations. This means the network will be down from Friday 10 February at 2:00 p.m. to Sunday 12 February at 12:00 a.m., while the new network is being set up. You will not be able to access KEA or KEA-public during this period of time.

KEA's IT systems and network are down from 10 February at 14.00 to 12 February at 23.59

KEA changes IT operatings supplier 10 February at 14:00. This means there will be downtime. From Friday 10 February at 14:00 to Sunday 12 February at 23:59 there will be operational disruption, which means you cannot access KEA's IT systems such as Fronter or the network at KEA's locations. Over the weekend, you will again have continuous access to KEA's IT systems or the network at KEA's locations.

Downtime on the network at GBG on 25 January at 16:00

KEA will get a new network on 10 February 2023. In connection with this, there will be downtime on the network of up to 30 minutes on 25 January 2023 from 16:00 on Guldbergsgade. There will be no downtime at any of KEA's other locations.

Testing of fire systems at PCG and GBG building E 23 January

Monday 23 January 2023 between 08:00 and 14:00 DBI tests ABA system with acoustic fire alarm in GBG.E. Periodic acoustic noise from the loudspeaker system will therefore be experienced during this period. You are not meant to respond to any fire alarms or messages over the loudspeaker system, as this is solely a test of the system.

Downtime on the cable and wireless network at KEA on 10 and 11 January 2023

On 10 and 11 January there will be downtime for 30-60 minutes on both the cable and wireless network at KEA. Read more about the specific times and locations.
