CPHBusiness and KEA aim to explore the potential of merging into a new center of excellence for knowledge and education in the Capital Region of Denmark

On Monday, 8 April, the boards of the two business academies decided to start preparing a recommendation that could lead to the merger of the two institutions, with the goal of establishing a new powerhouse for vocational higher education in the Capital Region.

In October-November last year, Denmark's Study Survey was conducted at KEA. 48% of all students at KEA responded to all questions in the questionnaire. No More Paper Towels at GBG

At GBG, a new sustainable initiative will be implemented from January 2024: Paper towels will be phased out and replaced with cotton cloths where applicable. These cloths are sewn from discarded or decommissioned textiles and replace 2 to 3 pieces of paper towels per hand drying.

Recycled bags for textile and paper waste

In Fashion Lab and Maker Lab at GBG, single-use bags in several containers for textile and paper waste have now been replaced with reusable bags made from discarded scaffolding tarpaulin.
