KEA is closed during the Easter holidays

KEA is closed from Thursday 14 April up to and including Monday 18 April.

Schedules in KEA Plan are working again

You can access your schedule in KEA Plan again as usual

Schedules can at present only be viewed at UMS.kea.dk

You can find a guide here or at serviceportal.kea.dk

The receptions are closing at 12 pm today

The receptions at GBG, PCG and Lygten 16 are closing at 12 pm Friday 25 February. Service Desk and Tech Lounge are closing at 3 pm as usual.

The canteens are closed up to and including 30 January

However, the café at Guldbergsgade 29N is still open.

Changed opening hours around Christmas

GBG, PCG and L16 are closed from 24 to 26 December and from 31 December to 2 January. From 27 to 30 December the opening hours are from 7am to 2am.

All lockers at KEA will be emptied on Friday 21 January 2022

Remember to empty your KEA locker before 21 January 2022. The semester is coming to a close, and therefore all the lockers at KEA will be emptied. Any note on the outside or inside of your locker telling us not to empty the locker will be ignored.
