Schedule changes are temporarily not displayed in Outlook and UMS

In the period from 25 March to 29 April, schedule changes will not be displayed in Outlook and UMS.kea.dk. This is because KEA is getting a new student administration system.

Portrait pictures will soon be displayed again in O365

Portrait pictures of students and staff have not been synchronized with Office programs like Outlook, Teams, etc., for some time. Therefore, for example, pictures have been missing on several students' Outlook profiles.

The canteens at Lygten and PCG are closed during Easter

The canteens at Lygten and Prinsesse Charlottes Gade are closed the three days before Easter, 25 to 27 March. The canteen at Guldbergsgade is still open, but with a slightly smaller selection.

The wireless network in the GBG A-building switched off on Saturday 16 December

Due to the change of network equipment in our intersection at GBG, the wireless network will be switched off during the time period below.

Remember to empty your locker 19 January 2024 at the latest

The semester is coming to a close, and therefore all the lockers at KEA will be emptied.

New printers at KEA

This means that you will not be able to print some days in the coming weeks.

Extended opening hours during the exam period

From and including Monday 20.11.2023 to and including Friday 26.01.2024, KEA has extended opening hours in connection with the exam period.

On the plot next to Lygten 16, piles will be framed down Monday-Friday between 8.00 and 17.00 in weeks 43-48.
