Holiday closure at Christmas

During Christmas, KEA is closed from Saturday 24 December up to and including Sunday 1 January at all 5 addresses, and there is therefore no access for users. The extended opening hours do not apply during this period of time.

Log on Fronter with your KEA Login

From Monday 19 December 2022 at 3:00 p.m., all employees and students must log on to Fronter with their KEA Login. This applies to both part-time and full-time students at KEA. The option to log in with UNI-Login and NemID/MitID is removed because UNI-Login is being phased out.

Planned downtime on the cable and wireless network at KEA

We are changing our IT operations supplier at KEA and substitute the network with a new one. You will therefore experience downtime on the network in two rounds at the beginning of 2023. Put it in your calendar now and consider, when it might be a good idea to study from home.

Drilling work at GBG.E448 6 December

On Tuesday 6 December, drilling work will be carried out at GBG from approx. 3:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in room E448 and in the rooms below this on the underlying floors.

Locating the printers at GBG

There are 13 printers at Guldbergsgade.

Please remember to empty your locker Friday 20 January 2023 at the latest

Remember to empty your KEA locker Friday 20 January 2023 at the latest. The semester is coming to a close, and therefore all the lockers at KEA will be emptied. Any note on the outside or inside of your locker telling us not to empty the locker will be ignored.

If you install Mobility Print you can print directly from an open document.

Exam period and extended opening hours

KEA’s opening hours will be extended in the exam period from Monday 21 November up to and including Friday 20 January.

Tech Lounge has a new Podcast Studio that anyone can book.

KEA is closed in week 27-33

Throughout the summer, KEA will be closed and you will not be able to use your student card to enter the various campus areas.

Last day for returning equipment in Tech Lounge is 1 July

The summer holidays are getting closer. Therefore, if you have loaned equipment in Tech Lounge you have to return it on 1 July at the latest. 

Exam period and extended opening hours

KEA’s opening hours will be extended in the exam period from Monday 23 May up to and including Friday 1 July 2022. However, at PCG the extended opening hours begin Wednesday 17 May.
