Due to a security breach, KEA will reset all students' passwords on 18 March from 15 to 20.

KEA resets your password as a precaution, and all users are informed by email. This means that you will get a new password for your KEA login. If you are signed up for KEA's reset password solution on ums.kea.dk, you will get your new password by text message. If you receive a text message but the link leads to an error page, do the following:

  1. Send a message to +45 21 14 99 84 with the text: password
  2. You will now shortly receive a text message containing a link. Click the link to confirm that you want to reset your password
  3. You will now receive a text message with your new password for your KEA Login

If you are not signed up for the text message solution, we encourage you to sign up at ums.kea.dk by adding your mobile number under Your Information (see how on KEA's website https://it.kea.dk/services under "KEA Login"). If you are not registered with the text message solution, please contact KEA Service Desk on +45 46 46 00 46 for a new password.
