KEA changes IT operatings supplier 10 February at 14:00. This means there will be downtime. From Friday 10 February at 14:00 to Sunday 12 February at 23:59 there will be operational disruption, which means you cannot access KEA's IT systems such as Fronter or the network at KEA's locations. Over the weekend, you will again have continuous access to KEA's IT systems or the network at KEA's locations.

  • From Tuesday 7 February at 8:00 to Sunday 12 February at 23.59 you cannot update information on UMS. However, you can still reset your password if you need to.
  • From Thursday 9 February at 18:00 to Sunday 12 February at 23.59 you cannot print at KEA.

Remember:

  • You will be sent a temporary password for your KEA login before 10 February. You must use your temporary password the first time you log on to KEA's new WiFi or IT systems (e.g. https://kea-fronter.itslearning.com) AFTER 10 February at 14. You will receive your temporary password in Digital Mail (e.g. e-Box) or by SMS.
  • KEA will get new WiFi on Monday 13 February. The new WiFi is called "eduroam", and it is available at all KEA locations. You log in with your KEA login.
